Chartered Building Surveyors
All surveyors hold MRICS or FRICS membership — the highest professional recognition in the industry.
Established 2009
We are a firm of RICS chartered building surveyors, acting as trusted advisors to clients in planning and executing strategies that optimise the construction, operation, use and ownership of built assets. We use our own bespoke survey report format because we found standard templates too restrictive to communicate what really matters.
Our clients tell us that we have an enviable track record in delivering value through the application of knowledge, professional skills and technology.
Like any successful company, the strength of Survey.London lies firmly in the hands of its staff who are all experienced, qualified building surveyors. Every member of our team holds the highest level of chartered surveying qualification, ensuring the advice you receive is technically robust and professionally sound.
We used the standard RICS Level 1–3 survey templates in the past but found them too restrictive to communicate pertinent issues to clients. So we developed our own bespoke building survey report — individually researched, backed by 300–400 manually taken photographs per survey, and written up with detailed analysis of structural issues, damp, leaks, and legal matters.
Unlike other firms that use pre-populated PDF templates filled on an iPad, every one of our reports is manually written. Our pricing reflects this thorough, hands-on process. We have particular depth of experience in surveying older properties — Georgian, Victorian, and Edwardian buildings — where understanding construction methods and period-specific risks is essential.
All surveyors hold MRICS or FRICS membership — the highest professional recognition in the industry.
We operate under RICS rules of conduct, with professional indemnity insurance and complaints handling in place.
Established in 2009, we have built deep expertise across residential and commercial surveying in London.
